Most recently, Andrew was Chief People Officer at CIMIC Group, leading People & Culture across 40,000 employees in 20 countries. He also brings a broader technology perspective, having held executive responsibility for IT within a 6,000-person organisation.

Cathy is an experienced executive and board leader with over 30 years’ experience across diverse industries and regions, including ASX-listed and purpose-driven organisations. She specialises in aligning people, AI and IT strategies with business goals to deliver meaningful outcomes. As Chief People Officer, Cathy brings a strong focus on inclusive governance, technology transformation, culture, talent and succession planning. Her work has been recognised through industry awards, including being named a finalist for HRD of the Year in 2022. Stacey is an award-winning founder, social scientist and GenAI ethicist focused on the human side of cyber safety and digital trust. As Co-founder and CEO of Lively, she leads product, GenAI and commercial growth across enterprise, education and banking. Her career spans youth work, digital people and culture, and senior consulting roles with Deloitte and Korn Ferry, helping major organisations navigate digital strategy, transformation and change.
